ok i have a 406v2 running 3.2.67 i have a a pri from at&t works fine. i want to send caller id base + Ext.

I have a shortcode of [9]N; Ns8405551212 dial

it works fine on long distance calls but only sends base pri number to local calls. i have tried nsi and other combos. what am i missing?

i have watched the monitor when it makes a local call and just see the ext number only.

Are you wanting the number sent to be 8405551212?

Are you using ARS? (What line group are you going out)?

Oooops... 3.2 (scratch the ARS question).

Do your extensions and DID's match?

If so, have you tried Nsi840555E

yes my ext numbers are 400's and my dids match im am using 3 digit ext. and like i say long listance calls work fine just local calls show the main pri number

do you have another shortcode that starts with
[9]1N; 1Ns8405551212 dial

or what shortcode is used for long distance calls.

you can also try to just take the s8405551212 out of the shortcode

If you can't be good, be good at it!

Make sure your circuit provider is allowing you to send digits as well.

try having the existing short code for long distance calls as it works ok but create a new short code for local but in this case don't send as many digits, e.g. 5551212
