Strange call transfer issue 1

I have an issue where a user transfers a call to another extension on the BCM and instead of going to that destination users voice mail it rings back on the originating phone for a few rings and then goes to the voicemail box of the destination phone where the call was transfered to... Most odd.

Any ideas. The system is a BCM200 Rls 3.7. Far as I know the patches are current.

check the transfer recall setting .if it's less than the fwd no answer setting, that's what will happen
