strange call routing behaviour

Hi

I have agents who are getting calls hit the skill they have allocated, but upon answering the agent hears the announcements of a particular vector

we are trying to get traces etc, but proving difficult to replicate

any one had any experience of this before??

Do you mean the agent hears the announcement or "whisper" that is set on the VDN, you can turn this off in COR "Hear VDN of originall announcement" , I doubt that they are hearing announcements from a vector.
So 2 ways to test

1.disable the option in COR.

2.Make a note of the Ann number on the VDN and remove it.
