Strange Call Forwarding Issue

Hi,
I've tried to setup a call rerouting first altenative to my mobile for my extension however when I test it I ge Not Allowed... I;ve gone through the Class Of Service for my extension and that seems fine - where else could it be blocking it? It always used to work and as far as I know nothing's changed on this system to stop it now... If I dial my mobile from my extension that works fine...

Any ideas please??

Could be the trunk, check the cos of that

Are you able to forward to the cell?

If yes, the trunk won't be the issue.

If no, the COS and COR of the trunk must be set to allow trunk to trunk calling.

Where do I check the CoS for the trunk? How would I know if I go out on a specific trunk?

The COR and COS of the trunk is assigned in Trunk Service Assignment.

The easiest way to troubleshoot is to assign the same COS and COR of the trunk to a station and then make your test calls from that station.

Ok it seems to only affect a mutlicall appearance now that only apprears on my extension, managed a workaround for now so thanks for all your help!
