Strange Call Forward to mail

BCM 3.7 calls fronted by an AA. When you dial into the AA and dial an extension you go directly to the sets mail.
Cancelled CFW, CFNA, CFB, cancelled do not disturb.
I am doing this remotely but the customer also says there are no trianles lit on the set when idle and no display message except the default.


Any ideas?

Check express msg prompt in problem mailbox. If there's something entered, erase and test. This prompt would be used if a DID was to be answered by a mailbox w/o hitting the set.
