Strange binary 'chmsrc' on console

Recently I have been getting strange error messages on the main console. The message in full reads:

chmsrc: error: Could not locate source in source attribute
database: log
chmsrc: error: Invalid character in identifier
chmsrc: error: Invalid source identifier

Can anyone tell me what this could be?
