Strange Behaviour !! Help

I Protected a sheet in Excel using VBA. Now only some parts of the sheet is locked and some parts not. I used took away the locked cells. Why is only protecting parts !! Is it because of name ranges !!
 
Maybe some of the cells are formatted as unlocked. Look at Format Protection for those cells.

As for your sentence "I used took away the locked cells." ... I have no idea what that is supposed to mean!?!?
