My customer has a BCM 50 3.0 system that I put in a couple of months ago. When they try to log into their voicemail using Feature 981, it just says exit. I have verified that the voicemail is working, in that the message waiting light comes on if there is a message, callers can get into their mailboxes, they can go into the Feature 983 admin portion of voicemail, they just can't retrieve them. Any thoughts?
