Hey everyone. I'm having a really weird issue here. I'm trying to allow a user to have offline access in Outlook 2003. When I check the box to allow offline access I get authentication issues. We have outlook setup to require a username and password, so when you first open it, you are required to login to our exchange server. That works fine, but then after that, for whatever reason, outlook then asks to authenticate to our domain. Using the same login information it will not work. I have to go and use our old domain name with the same user name and password and that will work. It's too confusing for the user to rememeber what to type in. If I uncheck the allow offline access box, I am not asked to authenticate to the domain. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
