Strange Audio Problem

I have configure two system to make VoIP calls using SIP. Users are making calls perfectly. The audio problem comes only when they are using call pickup feature. The audio simply disappear when the call picked up.

Both systems S8300 are running software version 5.2

Any clue???
 
Try SP 11 for cm5.2
