I have outlook 2000 and for some reason all of the fonts have been reset to Tahoma 8 from Tahoma 11. Now everything is unreadable in the main windows. The file, edit, view etc is all OK and the right size, the shortcuts and icons all look OK but when, for instance, you go to tools - options when the options window is open it is again font 8 and hardly readable.

The fonts in Contacts, Inbox etc have been changed by going into view - current view - customise current view - other settings but I cannot change the font size in the windows that open up separately in Outlook nor in the 'Outlook today' view.

Word and Excel are OK and everything else looks good.

anyone any ideas?

Check you window display settings as this is what affects Outlook appearance as you described.

window display settings are all as they should be as this problem does not appear in Word or Excel etc
