I HAVE 5500G CONNECTED WITH TWO GBIC FIBER TO 4500. I MUST FORM SOME THING WITH THE STP?
IT SEEMS THAT ME THIS GENERATING PROBLEMS BUT I AM NOT SAFE
SOME AID PLEASE

Not sure what your problem is... I think you may want to create an aggregated link using the two fibres. If this is the case you can get away with just enabling LACP on the SFP ports and the LACP protocol will dynamically create an aggregated group with the ports in it.
One thing to check is that the SFP ports in the 5500 are not shutdown, if it's a 5500G they may be because they are shared ports and they are shutdown by default.

If you want more control of your aggregation links, you will need to create an static aggregation group, enable LACP on the ports and assgn the ports to the aggregation group.
