Is it possible to store on screen results to a text document.
I have written a script that tests a bit rate error tester. But I need to be able to store the results it display on screen. I need to be able to store 4 rows of 10 characters that displayed on the terminal screen along with a note as to what the results relate to.
Is this possible ?

There are a few different ways to do this. You can use the capture on and capture off commands to open and close Procomm's capture file at the appropriate times to save data to a file (also see the various set capture commands for different options that can be set). The snapshot command can be used to save the entire screen to a file as well. You could also use the termgets command to read the information from the screen if it always appears in the same exact location.

To get text into the file, you could use capturestr if you used capture on/capture off. Termmsg could be used to write a string to the screen as well (useful when using a capture file or snapshot command).
