Storing mail locally

This is what I have:

MS Exchange 5.5
MS Outlook XP

I need to store mail locally onto my desktop into a dedicated folder. My user's are reaching their Exchange quota too quickly nowadays. Thanks!

Setup a pst and save it on the desktop. Dan
