Does anone know if it's possible for the Definity to store the dialed digits and then forward them along with a preprogrammed phone number? We will possibly be using a service here we will be dialing the number of the service(which will always be the same) and then the service will be dialing the 10-digit LD number that we are calling. I would like to have everyone be able to dial just the LD number they want and have the pbx dial the service number first and then he LD number after the service answers.
Thanks

Hi, have you tried inserting the service digits in your Route Pattern? I'm not sure if the dialed digits will follow but it's worth a test.

I would try setting up a new Test route pattern and pointing yourself to it for testing. If it works then try routing your LD traffic over it.

Good Luck!

You might try creating a vdn that goes to a vector to dial, since the number will always be the same and you can put all kinds of checks on it like time of day. Let me know if this is something you might want to try. So many buttons So little time
Thanks All
