storelowercase error gwcheck

I am migrating from GW 7 on netware to GW 7 on Linux. I attended the ATT class and in the instructions it indicates that I need to run gwcheck with storelowercase the misc tab. I run this against my PO and it gets about 1/2 way through and errors with
Warning Failed - error rc = 0X8209
I can find nothing anywhere on this error
