StoreEvents Replication Question - Should it be?

Hi, I'm about to decommision the first exchange 2003 server in the org (have 1 other 2003 Exchange server). I was going through all the public folders and noticed that I have multiple store events folders, all have no replicas listed except 1. The folder that does have both my exchange servers listed as replicas.

Should this be replicating?

and

Should I stop replication of this folder before removing the first exchange server or does this take care of itself during the uninstall of exchange?
