I downloaded an application from the aspemporium - it came with an access 2000 db that supposedly contains stored procedures ( that act as the sql statements to query the db).

Anyway - the queries arent quite working correctly.

Q#1 - Do you need to have access 2000 running on the server to have a access 2000 db file work on that server?

Q#2 - How do I find those stored procedures in the db file? I know they are in there.

Thanks

Answer 1
NO , Just need Access 2000 on the client

Access dose not have stored procedures that a SQL Server item.

But there could be the TEXT of the procedure in a table somewhere.
a stored procedure is just text.
Open the database and see if there are any tables
open one of them and see whats in it.
