Does MS Access use stored procedures?

No. It uses queries that may be able to a few of the things that an SP can do but has nothing like the capability of an SP in SQL Server or Oracle.

Yes

Native stored procedures arrived in Microsoft Access 2000.

Note you cannot create and run stored procedures through the user interface. You must use the Visual Basic Environment with ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) or the Database Definition Language (DDL).
