I was wondering if anyone in the real world has ever created Stored Procedures on a Teradata Database?
I have heard a rumour that Business Objects really doesn't care for it.
See I have a complex Query I would like to have written so, if a user picks a, b, c, and d then generate this table and then it will throw that in the report.
Does this make sense?
Let me know if anyone has any information on Teradata Macros with Business Objects or Stored Procedures with Teradata... Thanks...

Hi lula813,
In the past, I've created stored procedures / macros on Teradata. And used stored procedures in Business Objects.

However not at the same time!

That's to say, when I used the stored procedure in BO is wasn't against a Teradata.

I've personally never needed to use a stored procedure / macro within BO against Teradata, but I can't think of a reason why they wouldn't work.
