The method varies by database - which one are you using? If you are comfortable writing SQL statements, then you probably won't find it difficult. Malcolm Wynden

Hi,
If you are using SQL Server 7 like I am, use the SQL Server Enterprise Manager in whatever database you want it for. I'm not sure if it is the same for SQL Server 2000 though.

If you're lucky, you have Access 2002, and you can just open up the Stored Procedure Designer. I don't use Access though, so I'm not clear about previous versions - there is something called an Access Query, which can also have parameters. I think that is the Access version of a stored procedure/view, but I'm sure there are others who know much more than I about this. Malcolm Wynden
