Stored Procedures/ASP/Crystal Reports

I'm currently trying to output a CR report onto the web using ASP and stored procedures, i'm using SmartViewers which i downloaded, but i'm always getting this error:

Starting background processing failed.

/productreport/MoreRequiredSteps.asp, line 7


What could this be?

Any help will be appreciated

the one im version is 8.5.
i think smart viewers is included upon installation.

im have successfully displayed our reports exactly you are using... ASP/ SProcs / CR.

i hope you can give more details on what you need
