I have been handed over the task of modifying the custom Crystal reports that have been created in Symposium. The company terminated the employee that knew how to build the reports.
Since I know a little about Crystal they have come to me on the modification of the reports.
1. How can I get the original .rpt files of the Crystal Reports. I have run the report in CCM and exported it to Crystal, but I think that it is throwing off several settings such as the selection criteria formulas and how do the parameters work? Apparently no one here can tell me where these reports are stored on the server or don't know how to retrieve them. It there anyway to retrieve the original .rpt files from Symposium.
Not sure what info you would need I am using CR 2008 I am accessing Contact Center Manager through Nortel. I am using CCMA 6.0. All Reports are Historical Reports
Thanks,
KC
