Store Procedure and DLL

i'm comming back with e new problem
i thought i succeded in the use of storage procedure but
i can use my storage procedure in one C-programme in a new directory but i made another programme still in C in another directory the compilation is correct but when i execute this programme i've got the following message

SQL1109N the specified DLL "name of my storage procedure" could not be loaded

Why my first programme could find the dll and this one can not ???????????????????
Thanks for your help. I'm in a hurry to have a solution

You dont have a "path" to the location where your dll is located? (If in microsoft win environment)
