store full need to purge drive

We had a Exchange partition run out of space. I have implemented limits and users have cleaned up their act. They have dumped about 3 gig in files which I can see in the exchange manager. However, the drive is still full.

What is the process for purging this? I have the option set to keep recycled items set to zero. I need to get this cleaned up asap as I am having issues mounting the store.

Keep in mind that you will need disk drive space, around 1.2 times the size of your IS store, to use this utility. I believe you can redirect it to another partition though.
