Store.exe is eating 100% of CPU on Exchange 2k Server

I recently installed Exchange 2k Server SP1 and the next day people started complaining about outlook locking up on them. When I checked the server I noticed that Store.exe was consistently eating between 96 and 100% of the cpu capacity. It is also slowing the server down to an intolerable level. Details:

I'm Running-

Windows 2000 Server SP2
Exchange Server SP1
McAfee Group Shield

Please help!

Are you running Groupshield 4.5?
Try Groupshield 5.0, then the problem must be solved!
