Store.exe is eating 100% of cpu capacity - help!

I'm running Win 2k server SP2 with Exch 2k SP1. Store.exe started to eat up my cpu time soon after I installed E2kSP1.
I'm also running Mcafee Group Shield. Please help with a resolution to this issue.

This is a known issue with most AV running on SP1. Groupshield 4.5 has an update and 5.0 has a service pack to get them to work with VAPI 2.0 Dan

I upgraded to Groupshield 5.0 and that seems to have done the trick. Also worthy of note.... Groupshield 5.0 has a few bugs in it too, so you have to install a patch for it before you run an on demand scan or it will delete some files out of your root directory.
