One of our executives is having an odd issue with his email. He has had two instances where an external email did not make it into his mailbox but it showed up on his Blackberry.
When I ran the Message tracking results, the two emails show up as being received by the server and delivered to the store, but it does not show up in his Inbox. The user is configured to use Outlook 2003 in cached mode. We logged in using OWA and still don't see the email.
Any ideas? All help is sincerely appreciated.
