I have a StorageTek TimberWolf 9730 running with ARCServe 2000. Just last week, I changed the set of tapes for off-site backup. Ever since, the backup stopped at 9%. The error I got from the ARCserve log is "The tape is from a faultiy batch or the tape drive is faulty" or "Unable to write to media". All tapes in the whole set produce this error. I have tried to reset the Tape Library and reboot the computer. The problem still persist. Any help would be greatly appreciaated! Thanks in advance.
