storagetek l20 error 3106

Hi all, when I power on my storagetek L20 I receve this error message on display: The arm (theta and/or Z) failed initialization (error 3106). What's this? TNX in advance

Use your contact number in Toulouse to have the L20 replaced.

I forgot, if you forget to loosen the transport screw, I believe you get the same effect.....
