storagetek fsc 3e1f

Hello,

here I am again, this time with another fsc entry.
Today I got the following message for one tape device in my storagetek l180 : writing, error reading media surface error. Tape could not be unloaded by networker or a reset.

When I looked at the tape unit I saw the yellow led flikkering, so I had to manually unload the tape.
In the fsc of the robot I saw the 3e1f entry.

Now, sometime ago I got a file explaining most of the fsc messages but not this one. Anyone got an idea what it exactly means ?

The error is as follows:

ERR_DRV_REWIND_WAIT_FAILURE
DRV Wait for Rewind Failure - Drive rewind did not complete when expected.
FRU: LOCATION: CONFIDENCE:
DRIVE LIBRARY 90%
LOGICAL ERROR S/W 10%

To me, I would call storagetek and have them replace the drive.
