Storagetek 9714 error

Hi can anyone help

We are running a 9714 storagetek with legato and it has come up with an error and stopped Here is the error message.

Fatal @ 00000000
Fatal fsc = 3005

Inop - FSC 3392
Mech = None

I am really desperate and can't even get a manual for it please if you are reading this and know something about this error anwser as soon as you can I really appreciate it.

Which version of firmware is on the 9714?

In my 9714's firmware, I think it's 2.00.02 dated 12/01/99.

An Operator panel reset key was hit.
FRU: LOCATION: CONFIDENCE %:

So that looks like someone hit the operator key.. no big deal.

ERR_AUD_STATIC_TARGET_UNREADABLE,
When doing a stationary calibration of a target, a target could not be found.
FRU: LOCATION: CONFIDENCE %:
HAND ASSY LSM CONF_%: 70 70
PRC LSM CONF_%: 20 20
PRY,PRX LSM CONF_%: 10 10

(BTW If you are wondering where I got this from, I ran the program "strings" on the firmware disk.. I have no idea the "correct" way to get this info, but it seemed very useful to me.)

A library and probably drive firmware update is needed. All the codes MUST come from STK....any others will not load, or if they do, your Robot will not see the drives anymore.....ever.....
