Storagetek 9370 error INOP - FSC # 30B2

Hi Forum.

I have a storagetek 9370 with one drive, we use Legato application; In the LCD panel the library shows the next message: INOP - FSC # 30B2
MECH = REACH

Error CRC Check redundancy cyclic

Do you know what is the source of this problem; How can I do for resolve it ?

Do you not mean 9730?

if so then the meaning is the hand stall point was too close to the hand to be sure of a clear operating path for the robot. Check for obstructions in the library ie cart sticking out. If error is persistant then a new hand is the likely cure, so it will need to be serviced.
