Anybody familiar with "dtUpdateTime" with respect to storage center retention rules. Is this the time the call was actually deleted? can this parameter be adjusted? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,

no this dtUpdateTime means 'Last time the unit info was modified'....... and is neccessary for the Sentinel Archiving Backlog Metric.

have a look in Nice_interactions database under tblstoragecenterxx tables and you will see default value as GetUTCDate()
