I want to open a form 'Maximised' but don't want the user to be able to click the 'Normal' button.

I can't find anyway of not showing the button. Can anyone help.

Well it does not work perfectly but maybe it will do.
Open the form in Design view
And bring up form properties (double click on the gray square in the upper left where the scales/rulers meet)
then click the "Format" TAB on the properties

there are several form properties to play with.

Min Max buttons
Close button
Control box

Hope this helps somewhat.

Thanks but I have tried all those and the normalise button always gets included. The only other solution is to open a form without a border and resize to fit the app widow exactly (see my new post for details). [sig][/sig]
