I have installed the TD Demo on Win XP Pro. I can start it, access it and use WinDDI, QMan, CRM etc. I have two problems. First I can't start the demo when the Notebook is connected to a network. This is minor, annoying but easily remedied by removing the cable, starting and re inserting the cable. A bigger problem is stopping the Demo. The supplied TD Service Control doesn't work neither does
"C:\Program files\ncr\tdat\pde\04.01.00.00\bin\tpareset" -x -y off
which returns the following:
'PDE not accessible: cannot access node global mapping.'
I have to reboot to stop it.For info I have an English XP Pro with a German MUI installed with the MUI switched back to English. I mention this because someone told me the German MUI affects a few commands. Any ideas ?

It's a known issue, i don't know how to fix it.
It's only on non-english windows and in worst case the PDE consumes a lot of RAM (up to 100 MB/hour) and apparently doesn't free it correctly ;-(

Hopefully the next demo (V2R5) will fix it...
