Hi All

please can someone inform me, weather the following is possible:

we use CR10 and the db used to report from is SQL 2000, what we are doing is changing the tables used in the reports from tables to views to improve network speed and so forth.

The problem, some reports only need some fields hence it might have an view with those fields and at some stage the view might become updated...BUT what we dont want is when we open the report it prompting 'You must update' going through a couple of steps which mean you have added the new field.

So what I need to know is, is their an option where we can switch this option off from in CR10?

Many Thanks in advance

Shin

Try File menu -> Options-> database tab -> uncheck 'verify on first record'
