Stopping procedural texture flicker

Hi,

I'm animating something with a procedural texture and I'm experiencing a lot of texture flicker. I've tried tinkering with a lot of parameters. I'm developing stimuli for a visual psychophysics experiment, so I cannot use things like smoothing, etc. I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can cool this darn flicker.
