Stopping outgoing calls on an extension

If I understood an earlier thread, if I remove the extension from the proper list, I will disable the ability for the extension to make outgoing calls (especially overseas).

This is our printout of the information from WINAMPS showing LIST 7 - Which I think is the list I need to modify (but am not sure how I would get to List 7).

That's the wrong print. You need to print disallowed lists and allowed lists. This will show what extensions are assigned to each group. But, in WinSPM, under extensions, you will see an option for Restriction. If you change this to internal only the extension can't make outside calls (unless the extension is apart of an allowed list which over rides this).
