How do I stop the NAV messenger alerts from popping up on the server screen short of disabling the entire messenger service for that system? I'm not speaking of spam popups, I'm talking about the ones from NAV saying that a virus has been detected.

I'm going to assume your talking about Corporate Edition for right now. You can change the behaviour by going to the SSC, All Tasks, Client Realtime Protection Options, and then uncheck the "Display Message on Infected Computer" setting.

For "regular" Norton Antivirus, I'm not sure, but I think there is a setting in there for suppressing the pop-ups, and then letting NAV take care of everything automagically?

Thank you, I'm talking about the NAV for Exchange 3.0 messenger popups. Sorry I left out so much info.
