stopping multiple instances of Lotus Approach

I've searched but found no answers to the question of how I can stop users opening multiple instances of Approach ?

I wrote an .apr for an office of three people, and they have the annoying habit of impatiently clicking the approach icon more than once, and of course they end up with more than one instance of the program. How can I stop this happening? It's driving me nuts!
