Stopping Metaframe XP Splash Screen 1

We have 7 servers that do not load the metaframe XP splash screen (we didn't set them up!!). Now we are adding more servers how do we stop this screen from loading.

delete ICA.BMP and ICA256.BMP from C:\WINNT, or replace with another logo.
