Hey all,

Big problem - due to a huge problem we have ended up getting hundreds of thousands of NDR to an email address in our company.

ISP say they cant do anything...

Any ideas to stop mail coming to us - even if its a paid service.

Cant.... the domain is important, and its only a singular email address need blocking.

are you saying you only have a single email address for the company?

If we delete the email address (ie remove it on our local server) then the email will still be downloaded.

We need to stop it being sent.

If your ISP can't/won't help by blocking it at their portal then you will need to go to the senders ISP.

Are you saying you have your own email server completely independent of your ISP and/or domain host?

If not, then surely, if you delete the email address at the ISPs server or at the domain hosts server, the email wil be returned to the sender as "undeliverable" due to an invalid address.

[cheers] & all the best.
