Stopping downloads in WebBrowser

We have a relatively simple application using the WebBrowser object. Is there any way to stop someone from downloading a file to their hard drive while in the WebBrowser object?

you have the url in WebBrowser1_BeforeNavigate2. So you can see what they are up to and set cancel
