HI,
We have a hunt group that when out of hours, customers hear a message (the line will be defunct in the near future)so we are asking customers to call another number. The current setup means that if they hang on after hearing the message, the system will collect a voicemail message -sometimes its just silence -but the system has taken it anyway.
We would like to have the out of hours message still played to the customer but the call to be cut off after the message has played so that the customer cannot leave a message -silence or otherwise..not sure how to go about this.. tried turning off voicemail but then they dont get the out of hours message at all..can you please advise?
