Stopping a pop-up window at system bootup

I need to stop a pop-up window (adobe.com). It pops up everytime I start my computer. Can someone help please?

What popup?

Run -> MSCONFIG -> Startup and check for any Adobe related files that are loaded and untick.

No, use Autoruns it's better for seeing exactly what's starting when your computer starts and managing those items.
