Hi all.

Is there anyone out there that knows how to interrupt a boot-up on the Meridain Link. What I need to know is how to stop unix loading in its tracks to fix a corrupt file.

When you power on, and system starts to run ts startup diags press the break key, usually F5 on a VT terminal.

Got a corrupt innitab?

If that doesnt work for you try entering "h", (just lower case h.

Hi there.

Tried the h and break keys I seem to go throught to System Debugger. 4120-Bug>

And after this unable to do anything except menu which works, but not what I want.

What I need is to look at the unix files,
I need to see the # prompt.

Cheers nozy
