Hi there,

We are having problem out here in sunny Germany with our tapes not being changed daily which is affecting our ability to operate our medical system. This is due to a 'net start' and 'not stop' command as pre and post job.

I was just wondering if there was anywhere in Backup Exec (version 8.5) or if there was some sort of batch file that could be written that basically said - if the job is still running at this time or for this many hours, stop the job.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Versions 9.0 and above has this feature but unfortunately earlier versions do not.
