Stop Zeros from being autoformatted?

Hello, How do you stop zeros from being auto formatted out?

I tried to search but didnt come up with anything in paticular.

Basically. If policy number 02057483 is entered into the forum, it auto formats to 2057483. How do I make it so it goes in as 02057483?
