Stop utitlity manager from opening

For some unknown reason, everytime one of our users types in the letters SO the utility manager opens. I have no idea why this is happpening.

Any suggestions guys and how do I stop it?

Into any document or spreadsheet. However, since posting the computer in question was rebooted and the problem has gone.
